There is a huge resource gap in mental health service provision & service utilisation in low- and middle-income countries (LAMIC) including Pakistan. SOUL Programme has been established in the City of Larkana and demonstrates a low-cost model of for delivering care, treatment and psychosocial support to people diagnosed with psychotic disorders including schizophrenia. The programme utilises principles of community-based outreach, produces clinical and functional outcomes and funded primarily through charitable donations.
This project is ongoing and welcomes donations.
