We at SDAUK have been playing a important part in education and have choosen few schools and are working towards better education. One of the important pillarsis to educate the teachers in methods of teaching and subject improvement asthe reports about the teachers were not very encouraging so with moral supportfrom SDAUK we formed Shamsa and Munir welfare foundation to help and trainteachers in rural govt schools in these aspects. We started the Shamsa andMunir foundation in january 2021. The aim is to organise face to face andonline teaching. The face to face course are for the teachers and the topics are howto teach and child psychology and classroom behaviour and management. Thesewent on for 2021 and then in 2022 we started speciality courses and also have donefew online courses in various subjects. It is great to know that recently therewas induction of new teachers and that was done on merit and we have manynew young teachers very keen to learn and teach their students with the newteaching skills learnt. The DEO and TEO have been very successful and haveencouraged us and supported us very much in these last three years 21-23.The DEO has now asked us to check in each school that our teaching skillsand concept of subject is being taught that is very important and we havegood feedback so far but lots more to do. We aim to continue to this effort. This project is ongoing and welcomes donations.
